Champagne & More offers a special menu, created by chef Andrei Adlah. Our chef was born and raised inside two opposite major cultures, European and Middle Eastern. Life itself forced him to travel extensively all the way to Spain and from there even further to North Africa. And as a result, his food is a collection of tastes, aromas, textures and colors, picked up during his trips and transformed into a tiny culinary and ludic glimpse of our world, as he discovered it.
